CONTROL OF RESULTS

It is relatively easy to judge a person's performance in  English or math.

But what about in the "physical" domain?

How can you measure a person's strength?

How can we measure progress?

Before measuring it, it is still necessary to define ... what is " STRENGH ".

The latter is not limited, for example, as one could do in a simplistic approach, to muscle strength alone.

Georges Hébert, in his book " Le code de la force " defined:

- 1) the elements which constitute the force,

- 2) the means which make it possible to measure it and to observe its evolution.
