The tables presented here are taken from the "Code de la force" by Georges Hébert (see "Books").
They concern adults, women and men, from 18 to 35 years old.
The tables for the other age groups will be added during 2020.
The test consists of lifting with both hands, arms outstretched above the head, the heaviest weight possible, using the legs as much as possible.
The lifting can be done by throwing, developed or torn off.
The test consists of lifting a weight as many times as possible for two minutes maximum.
Once the weight is high at arm's length, lower it down and make it touch the ground very briefly.
