TESTS QUOTATION
(Georges HEBERT : La Méthode Naturelle Tome 1 / Quatrième partie / III.2)
The tests are scored in points according to a scale established as follows:
The zero (0) score characterizes the basic level that a person should be able to achieve. This "median" rating will serve as a switch between the insufficient performances (which will then be negative) and those superior (which will then be positive)

The Levels themselves can divided into different categories:

rating 5 to 10: athletic performance.
ratings 3 and 4: superior performance.
ratings 1 and 2: average performance.
Rating 0
The base level is obviously variable with age so as to be adapted to each one and to make it possible to evaluate the progressions, or regressions, in particular in the children, teenagers...
This level is also depending on gender. With younger children, level is more or less the same with girls and boys. Difference must be taken into account from pre-adolescence around 11-13 years.
1 ° Example of an individual data sheet (in french), allowing to follow an 'ahtlete's progress
It should be noted that improvement in performance over time does not automatically mean a better rating, since progress is normally expected to improve as the age increases.
2 ° Example of a sheet for a coach, allowing to know the value of a group.
